I’m Kelly (she/her), a women’s health dietitian providing gentle, non-diet, evidence-based care - with a special focus on women's health conditions as well as food and body image concerns across the lifespan.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. We work together to support nourishment in ways that feel sustainable, flexible and intuitive.

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician, I offer 1:1 medical nutrition counselling via telehealth, supporting women to:

Navigate conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain and gut disorders such as IBS, with evidence-informed, compassionate care.
